Rejuvenate ~ using the authentic wisdom of Yoga. 

Often Yoga is thought of as being silent, the concept of using sound in your practice may seem like a contradiction. However, the voice is an important instrument and a transformational tool in the practice of Yoga.

Come experience, explore and feel what happens when you combine your voice with movement and breath. The use of sound creates the channel needed to let go of pent-up and suppressed emotions so they can be safely expressed and no longer remain stuck in your body. When you recite mantras they produce high frequency vibrations that positively affect you; physically, mentally and emotionally.

This 6 week course is open to all and especially for those who are ready to explore themselves and their universe more profoundly.

There is no other practice which purifies mental activity like mantras do. It requires your full attention and concentration, thereby tranquillizing the usual activity and fluctuations of the mind. The vibrating sound of the mantas-s calm the mind, body and your emotions.

You will feel less stress, anxiety and agitation.

Nourish your whole body from the comfort of your own home, move through the layers of yourself and feel more relaxed, peaceful, and still.

Live Mondays at 10:00am EST

6 weeks.

Plus one 1:1 yoga therapy session at a mutually agreeable time (75mins).

You will receive your own personal practice. (Depending on participants location, can be done in-person or via Zoom)

Begins April 11th - May 16th 2022.

You will receive each week's practice by email prior to the class as well as the video recording of the class afterwards. So if you can’t join live you can practice when it suits you.
